My name is Marcus Schuff. I am the Marketing Support Director for Mission Oaks National Bank. My job is to develop and manage marketing material for the Direct Marketing Department of Mission Oaks National Bank. Before I became the Marketing Support Director, I worked as a Business Development Associate for a couple years.
Prior to taking a position with Mission Oaks National Bank I served in the United States Army Reserves while I attended college. In February of 2002, my unit was mobilized and deployed to Iraq. After returning from Iraq in April 2004 and spending another year in school, I took a position with Mission Oaks National Bank.
I am very excited to be working in the commercial lending industry. There are very few career paths that can teach someone so much about the business world. I feel very fortunate to be a member of the Mission Oaks family.
In my spare time I enjoy water sports of every kind: Jet skiing, waterskiing, wakeboarding, body surfing, boogie boarding, snorkeling, scuba diving and occasionally I will attempt to catch a wave or two on a long board.
When I'm not on or in the water, I enjoy keeping up to date with current world events and reading books about history and politics (I was a political science major in college).
The best part about working at Mission Oaks National Bank is the tight-knit family environment that we all enjoy. When your co-workers are also your best friends, work doesn't seem like work at all. My favorite part about this job is coming up with creative financing solutions to help small business owners continue to grow and succeed.
